FRIENDS IN TANZANIA is the title of John & Linda Bell's talk about their trip to Tanzania this summer. Not only did they make friends at Kanga, our companion congregation, they also made friends at the Konde Diocese as well as with a lioness at Ruaha National Park. Join them to hear more about their adventures and, most importantly, about our companions in Kanga. They will be showing pictures and serving coffee and pastry in the Social Hall during the Sunday school hour on Sunday, October 27. There will be a special program for the Sunday school children on the following Sunday, November 3.
OKTOBERFEST will be held on Sunday Oct. 27 at 5 p.m. in the social hall. Fun for all ages! Join us for lots of food and great music by the Heidelberg Band. There is a $5.00 donation and a sign-up sheet in the small groups notebook in the narthex.
