ATTENTION KNITTERS AND CROCHETERS: At the Ninth Triennial Gathering of Women of the ELCA, prayer shawls will be collected and given to the ELCA North Carolina Synod for distribution. Phyllis Frankhouser and Nancy Miller plan to attend this convention which is being held from July 24-27, 2014. If you are interested in making a prayer shawl for this event, attach the special label* to the completed shawl. Shawls will be collected up to July 1, 2014. *Labels are at the Women of the ELCA kiosk in the narthex.
READY FOR A CHALLENGE? Once again Women of the ELCA is offering the quilt challenge. Rules of the challenge and an entry form are located at the St. Paul Women of the ELCA kiosk in the narthex. The theme of the quilt challenge is "of many generations" and the deadline for sending the quilts is June 10, 2014. Any questions, contact Nancy Weiss (626-0994) or Phyllis Frankhouser (626-4200).

WEDNESDAY LENTEN BIBLE STUDIES continue this week. At 11am, "Viewing Psalms through a Lens," led by Marsha Campbell, will be held in the church lounge. Bring your Bible, a pencil and a cell phone or digital camera which will be used to record a visual image matching your favorite verse from the Psalm studied that morning. "Loving God and Loving Others," the evening Bible study led by Pastor Gable, will be held at 6:30pm in the church nave. Participants may attend any number of sessions of either study. All are welcome!
EASTER CARDS FOR OUR HOMEBOUND MEMBERS are available to be picked up in the narthex. It is preferable that they are delivered with a visit. If sent via mail, extra postage is required. Please sign your name by the names you are visiting. The cards were lovingly made by the St. Paul Craft Group.
THE LADIES LUNCH BUNCH will gather on April 16, at 11:30 at Scooters located at 921 Lititz Pike in Lititz. All ladies are welcome to join us. This is one of our favorite places to eat. CRAFT NIGHT INFORMATION AND CHANGE-- There is a change beginning this month. Craft Night will now be meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (rather than the 1st Tuesday). The next Craft Night is APRIL 8th. April's project will be working on squares for Blanket Making. We will meet in the Social Hall (not the lounge).

PALM SUNDAY PANCAKE BREAKFAST will be held on Sunday, April 13 from 7 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. in the social hall. Cost is by donation and will support the youth traveling to New Jersey this summer on a mission trip to help with the cleanup and restoration after Hurricane Sandy.
THE ST. PAUL ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT will be held again this year on Saturday, April 19. We will meet in the social hall at 10:30 a.m. rain or shine. Ages up to 6th grade are invited to attend. Join us for the hunt, crafts, snacks, and fun!
THE CHILDREN’S SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES were asked to save their spare change in a special jar at home for the month of February. They were participating in the Mission Sunday collection of monies for sewing materials such as needles, thread, material, etc. for Kanga
Lutheran Church in Tanzania. They collected a total of $170.51. Thanks to everyone who participated and thanks for a great job!
ON DISPLAY IN THE NARTHEX is one of five Baskets of Love. These baskets will be given to the Prison Ministry in Lancaster County to help five women who are leaving prison in hopes their return to society will be a positive one.
THE NEXT MEN’S BIBLE STUDY and breakfast will take place on Sat. April 12 starting at 7AM at the Brickerville United Lutheran Church. All men are invited to attend this event.
