PLEASE JOIN US TOMORROW, March 2, at 7pm for a concert presented by the Valparaiso University Kantorei. This choir of 35 voices is the chapel choir at the university and specializes in music for worship. If you are interested in being a host family, it's not too late! One more home for 2 students would mean those two students wouldn't have to sleep on the floor in Valerie's basement. Contact Valerie at firstname.lastname@example.org or 717.413.6145 if you are willing to host.
WORLD DAY OF PRAYER: March 6, 2015, is the date of the World Day of Prayer service which will be held at the Lititz Mennonite Church at 6:30 p.m. The pastor of Trinity E. C. Church, Nathan Fry, will be the featured speaker.

MEAL SERVING MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY: Our congregation has been invited to partner with Zion Leola to help feed our neighbors through serving community dinners at Grace Lutheran and Christ Lutheran in Lancaster. These dinners are sponsored by the Council of Churches. These dinners serve approximately 200 people who might otherwise go hungry. The first dinner will take place at Christ Lutheran on Thursday, March 19. Volunteers (ages 15+) are needed for the following responsibilities: Set Up (2 or 3 people) – 2:45-5:00pm; Serving/Clean up (4 people) – 5:15-7:00pm. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up on the Kiosk in the Narthex or see Barb Paynter or Joyce Groff.
ST. PAUL SENIORS GROUP - Join us on Wednesday, March 11 to play WIN, LOSE, OR DRAW! We will meet in the LOUNGE at 1:00pm. And, mark your calendars for the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1:00 for our Senior Group socials.
CHURCH COUNCIL IS LOOKING for someone to serve as chair of the property committee. The property committee meets only on an "as needed basis" to work with Marc Buckwalter on projects as they arise. When this occurs, the chair would be responsible for contacting and helping to organize members of the committee. If interested, please contact any member of Church Council or Al Rothermel at 471-2497.
STEP BACK IN TIME and view the newest display in the narthex Archives case. It features memorabilia from the St. Paul capital campaign of 1959, "Building for Christ." Our congregational goal back then was to raise enough money to begin building an Educational Building to house classrooms, choir room, meeting rooms, offices and a large social hall. Now, fifty-six years later, it's time to renew our social hall to better serve our own and our community's needs. Reminisce over the old and imagine the possibilities of the new.
FINANCIAL GIVING STATEMENTS are available in the narthex. You may pick them up today.
A BIG THANKS to each church member who so generously shared their faith stories in writing and to the younger members who creatively shared their drawing talents. Both writings and drawings will be included in a Faith Stories booklet to be part of our new "Building to Serve — Imagine the Possibilities..." capital campaign. That booklet is sure to please and inspire. Look for it in your family's campaign packet to be distributed following worship services on March 22 and March 29.
SENIOR SHEPHERDS will not be meeting on Monday afternoons in April. We will still meet on Thursday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. for our monthly evening meeting.
