“God’s Work, Our Hands”
Feeding our Neighbors
This year, St. Paul’s theme for “God’s Work, Our Hands” is Feeding our Neighbors. There are two projects that St. Paul is participating in and we need YOUR help:
Sunday Suppers at the Arch Street Center
Arch Street Center is a ministry that promotes the general well-being of adults experiencing serious mental health issues by providing a gathering place with an atmosphere that is positive and supportive. The Arch Street Center provides a place that their members can go to for support, to meet friends, and to share social activities as well as provides a comprehensive social rehabilitation program.
On Sunday, September 7, St. Paul will be preparing, serving, and enjoying a Sunday meal with the Arch Street Center’s members as a way to reach out to our neighbors and share God’s Love. We are looking for the following volunteers:
Lititz Warwick Community Chest Food Drive
September 21 – 28
St. Paul will be holding a food drive to benefit the Lititz Warwick Community Chest from September 21–28. On Sunday, September 21, bags will be given out after both services. These bags can be filled and returned to the narthex by Sunday, September 28 at noon. Any questions, please contact Barb Paynter.
